In 1964 Royal Mail issued their first ever presentation pack. These are now produced for every new stamp issue. However in the early 1960s the issue of theses packs was very intermittent - several stamp issues were missed until around the mid 1960s when  Royal Mail decided to produce packs for all new issues. To fill the gaps of 'MISSED PACKS' a number were produced privately. I have recently purchased 12 of these packs which are now very scarce.
