Post & Go stamps

Royal Mail has rolled out a new generation of self-service postage called Post & Go following successful trials during 2008. The five Post & Go stamps are available to collectors in a carrier from Tallents House, mail order only, price £3.08. The five values in the carrier, printed gravure, are 1st Class, 1st Class Large, Europe up to 20g, Worldwide up to 10g, Worldwide up to 20g.

The Post & Go design features the Machin head and a background design of the words Royal Mail in a wave pattern similar to that overprinted on selected Definitive stamps. They have two phosphor bars enabling them to be read by sorting Machinery.
