This cover was originally issued in 1969 to mark the Prince of Wales Investiture. It features the full set of five stamps issued in 1969. In addition it carries a special Wales Postbus label with extra Welsh stamps depicted on 'stickers' from Welsh commemorative stamp sheet - various designs. In addition it carries the 'The Queen is dead - Long Live the King' cachet
