The above Royal Mail Energy stamps were issued on 25 January 1978 by Royal Mail and feature the following stamp designs: 9p Oil; 10 1/2p Coal; 11p Gas; 13p Electricity. The Institute of Fuel first day cover with the Various Special Handstamp postmark has been produced by Cotswold and features these stamps which can make a very collectible and lovely gift.
