Notes: Star Item: This is a real EXHIBITION piece with accompanying letter and envelope from the Assistant Press Secretary to The Queen. The letter explains the significance of the postmark to the bridge. 'The Queen travelled from London by the Royal Train on 2nd Sept 1964 to undertake engagements in Glasgow and Edinburgh on 3rd Sept and opened the Forth Road Bridge on 4th Sept. travelling to Balmoral that evening.'
