Stamp Details:
3d
1s 3d
1s 6d Red Cross
Postmark:
West Wellow, Burial place of Florence Nightingale, CDS Postmark
Notes: Star Item: This cover has the best postmark for this issue. It is unusual by having both sets of stamps, i.e. non-phosphor and phosphor. The cover has been signed by the vicar of Wellow with a small image of the church where Florence Nightingale is buried in the bottom right corner of the envelope. The cover is pristine and the postmarks so crisp. A rare item.
